Welcome to Domain Scout. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Domain Scout platform, website, and services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Please read these Terms carefully. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our Services.
By creating an account, accessing our website at domainscout.co , or using any of our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy .
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using Domain Scout, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
Domain Scout provides an AI-powered platform for monitoring, analyzing, and discovering domain names in auctions and expiring domain marketplaces. Our Services include:
Important Disclaimer: Domain Scout provides information and analysis tools only. We do not sell, broker, or facilitate domain transactions. All domain purchases must be completed through the respective auction platform that listed the domain.
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. We implement security measures including:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse our Services. There is no self-service delete button today. To close your account, email support@domainscout.co from the address on your account with “Delete my account” in the subject line; we handle these requests manually. This is the same process described in our Privacy Policy .
Domain Scout offers the following subscription plans:
We do not currently issue API keys or publish API documentation. Any reference elsewhere on the site to “API access” refers to the interface the Domain Scout web app itself uses, not a supported public API.
Current pricing and feature details are available on our Pricing Page .
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new paid subscriptions. To request a refund, email support@domainscout.co within 7 days of your first charge — that is, within 7 days of the 14-day free trial ending.
There is no automated refund flow and no refund button in the app. Refunds are issued manually through Stripe after you email us, so allow a few business days for the request to be processed and for Stripe to return the funds to your card.
Refunds are not available for:
You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing support@domainscout.co . Your account settings page shows your current plan but does not yet offer a cancel button. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and you retain access to paid features until then.
We reserve the right to change subscription prices at any time. A price change will not affect your current billing cycle, and we will aim to give you notice before it takes effect. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing. If you do not want to accept a new price, cancel before your next renewal.
You agree not to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate an account, without refund, for violation of this Acceptable Use Policy.
